Gallay in Wellingborough have a fully equipped 4,000 square meter factory, and continually invest in new advanced machinery for our production. We also use the other specialist manufacturing companies within the G&M Group. Recent installations in Wellingborough have included a new AMADA AC2510 CNC punching machine, new AMADA 3m HFT100-3 CNC Brake Press, HURCO CNC machining centre VMX42T prismatic and HURCO CNC machining centre TM8 cylindrical. We continue to invest in the latest manufacturing equipment which gives high efficiency and allows competitive prices to be offered to our customers.

Gallay also offer logistic solutions to our customers. For export we can use customer nominated carriers, our own nominated freight forwarders and we offer all incoterms. Also we can offer export customers solutions by using warehousing facilities at other G&M Group sites, our agents and distributors. In the UK we can offer external freight forwarders or use our own company transport. Returnable lineside stillages can be used to save cost whilst helping to protect the environment. We operate a range of scheduling techniques for different customers; JIT, Kanban, Faxban, internet scheduling and call-off orders.
